Sensory characteristics

Crystalline, straw yellow with green highlights.

Of golden apples, fresh grass with a final hint of dried fruit and hay.

Mellow, velvety, clean, and full-bodied, of great structure.

Vine training system
Simple and double Cappuccina and Guyot.

Harvest period
The third period of maturation, second ten days of September.

Serve with

As an aperitif and with delicate antipasti that are not too savory and spiced, also serve with white meats and fish, European sea-bass, gilt-head bream and fish soup.

Serving temperature

At 8-10° in the summer and 13° in the fall-winter; store the bottle in a cool, dark place and serve in a long-stemmed, wide capacious glass.

The de-stemmed grapes macerate at a low temperature for a long time in cooled pneumatic presses in order to extract from the skin the antioxidant substances which are beneficial to the human body; the must ferments at a controlled temperature and is then drawn into large barrels.

More than six-seven months in contact with its own yeasts in large, oval- shaped oak barrels of three different essences.
