Sensory characteristics

Crystalline, deep golden yellow like sunflower petals.

Intense, very agreeable and refined aroma of apples and fresh bread.

Of wildflower honey and ripe peaches, well-structured, full and enveloping.

Guyot-simple Cappuccina, good planting intensity, short pruning, 5-10 buds.

Harvest period
The first period of maturation, the first ten days of September.

Serve with

An excellent aperitif, it also goes well with fish and meat antipasti, raw prosciutto ham, culatello, soup and risotto dishes with fish and vegetables, herb omelets.

Serving temperature

Store the bottle in a cool, dark place with a fixed temperature; serve at 8-10° during the summer and when the weather is good, and at 11-13° in the winter; serve in a long-stemmed glass which is shaped like a big tulip.

The de-stemmed grapes are macerated at a low temperature for a long time inside cooled pneumatic presses so as to extract from the skin the antioxidant substances which are beneficial to the human body; the must ferments at a controlled temperature and is then drawn into large barrels.

It rests for 6-7 months on its own yeasts in large, oval-shaped oak barrels of different essences.
