Sensory characteristics
Light straw yellow, the perlage is lively, persistent and subtle.
Elegant with aromas of yellow flowers and fruit, ripe banana, with some yeasty notes.
Delicate and fragrant with flower notes.
Refinement
The basic wine, to which sugar and selected yeast are added, is placed in an autoclave tank at low temperature (Charmat Method), it follows a long lees contact in autoclave and then bottled.
Serve with
A great aperitif, it pairs well with seafood.
